Proprietary Rights License. 14.1. SAVVIS hereby grants to Bridge and the Bridge Subsidiaries a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use all programming and software necessary for Bridge and the Bridge Subsidiaries to use the Networks. Such license is granted for the term of this Agreement for the sole purpose of enabling Bridge and the Bridge Subsidiaries to use the Networks.
