Proprietary Rights; Use of Content. The Website and Mobile App are owned and operated by the Bank or its affiliates, licensors, and/or third-party service providers (collectively, the “Green Dot Parties”) and, unless otherwise indicated, all designs, text, images, videos, graphics, software, and other content and materials appearing on the Website or Mobile App (collectively, “Content”) are the property of the Bank or the Green Dot Parties and are protected, without limitation, by U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other indicia of origin (collectively, “Marks”) appearing on the Website or Mobile App are the property of the Bank or the Green Dot Parties. You may not make any use of any Content or Marks without the Bank’s prior written consent. No Content from the Website or Mobile App may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way.
