All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other indicia of origin (collectively, “Marks”) appearing on the Website or Mobile App are the property of the Bank or the Green Dot Parties. You may not make any use of any Content or Marks without the Bank’s prior written consent. No Content from the Website or Mobile App may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way.
