Proprietorship; LANDLORD’S Right to Terminate. If TENANT is a sole proprietorship, LANDLORD shall have the option, without prejudice to the remedies available to it hereunder or otherwise, to terminate this Lease in the event of TENANT’S incapacity, death or cessation of day-to-day management upon sixty (60) days prior written notice to TENANT or his legal representative.
