Proration of Impositions. All Impositions levied or assessed on or against the Leased Premises shall be prorated, based on a 365-day year, between Landlord and Tenant as of the Commencement Date of this Lease, and as of the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. On service of written request by Landlord, Tenant shall promptly pay to Landlord Tenant’s share of such Impositions paid by Landlord on Tenant’s behalf and, on service of written request by Tenant, Landlord shall promptly pay to Tenant Landlord’s share of such Impositions paid by Tenant on Landlord’s behalf.
