Common use of Prosecution of Application Clause in Contracts

Prosecution of Application. The Application shall identify the Buyer, the Sellers and NAESCO collectively as separate parties to the Application. In the event the processing of such Application by the NRC becomes a Contested Proceeding, until such Contested Proceeding becomes Final, the Buyer, the Sellers and NAESCO shall separately appear therein by their own counsel, and shall continue to cooperate with each other to facilitate a favorable result.
