Prosecution of Contested Claims. The Disbursing Agent may object to the allowance of any scheduled or filed Claims as to which liability is disputed in whole or in part. All objections that are filed and prosecuted as provided herein shall be litigated to Final Order or compromised and settled in accordance with Section 8.3.
