Common use of Prosecution of Work Clause in Contracts

Prosecution of Work. When work is requested of Consultant by SMART, all due diligence shall be exercised and the work accomplished without undue delay, within the performance time specified in the Task Order. Performance of the services hereunder shall be completed within the time required herein, provided, however, that if the performance is delayed by earthquake, flood, or wildfire, the time for Consultant’s performance of this Agreement shall be extended by a number of days equal to the number of days Consultant has been delayed.
