PROSPECTING AND MINING. A. Lessee shall conduct its prospecting and/or mining activities on the Property with reasonable diligence and skill for the purpose of achieving and maintaining the production of Mineral Deposits consistent with good mining and business practices and other applicable industry standards and practices and shall comply in all material respects with all Applicable Laws as further set out in this Mining Lease.
