Prospective Optionees Sample Clauses

Prospective Optionees. Options will be granted from time to time to such individuals as may, from time to time, be an officer, employee or independent consultant or adviser to Holding and are approved by the Holding Board. ATC hereby approves the individuals listed in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof as eligible to acquire Options.
