Prospective revocation. In the event of a revocation under Section V. A. 2. or 3., or Section V. B., the general rule in Section IV. A. will apply with respect to tip income actually received by (or deemed under section 3121(q) of the Code to have been paid to) Employ- ees at the Establishment during the period from the effective date of the TRAC agreement until the effective date of revocation.
