Common use of Prospectus and Other Materials Clause in Contracts

Prospectus and Other Materials. References herein to the “Prospectus” shall mean the various prospectuses (including supplements thereto) and the statement of additional information of the Funds as from time to time is in effect. MFD will deliver to Dealer a copy of the current Prospectus and will provide to Dealer, as Dealer may reasonably request, copies of the Prospectus, statement of additional information, shareholder reports and supplementary sales materials prepared by MFD for the Funds.
