Common use of Prospectus Copies Clause in Contracts

Prospectus Copies. The Company shall deliver to you on or before the First Closing Date two signed copies of the Registration Statement including all financial statements, schedules and exhibits filed therewith, and of all amendments thereto. The Company shall deliver to or on the order of the Underwriters, from time to time until the Effective Date, as many copies of any Preliminary Prospectus filed with the Commission prior to the Effective Date as the Underwriters may reasonably request. The Company shall deliver to the Underwriters on the Effective Date, and thereafter for so long as a prospectus is required to be delivered under the Act, from time to time, as many copies of the Prospectus, in final form, or as thereafter amended or supplemented, as the Underwriters may from time to time reasonably request.
