Common use of Prospectus Exempt Subscription Commitment Clause in Contracts

Prospectus Exempt Subscription Commitment. 2.1 The Subscriber (on its own behalf and, if applicable, on behalf of each person on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting) hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase from the Issuer, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, that number of Units and at such price as set out in Section 4. Subject to the terms hereof, this Subscription Agreement will be deemed to have been made and be effective only upon its acceptance by the Issuer.
