Common use of Prospectus of the Fund Clause in Contracts

Prospectus of the Fund. The Adviser agrees to promptly provide the Sub-Adviser with copies of any changes, amendments, modifications or supplements to the above documents or any other document relating to the Sub-Adviser’s services hereunder.

Prospectus of the Fund. The Adviser agrees will furnish copies of amendments to promptly provide the documents specified above to the Sub-Adviser with copies or otherwise provide reasonable notification of changes to any changes, amendments, modifications or supplements to the above terms of such documents or any other document relating to the affecting Sub-Adviser’s services hereunder's obligations under this Agreement.
