Common use of Prospectus of the Portfolio Clause in Contracts

Prospectus of the Portfolio. For the services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to this Agreement, the Portfolio will pay to the Sub-Adviser as full compensation therefor a fee at an annual rate of _____________________________________________________________of Trust's portfolios to which the Sub-Adviser serves as sub-adviser, pro rated based on the Portfolio's average daily net assets. This fee will be computed daily and paid to the Sub-Adviser monthly.
