Prospectuses/Confirmation Statements. RPS will be responsible for mailing all confirmations and statements relating to transactions in the Funds, prospectuses, semi-annual and annual reports of the Funds and other enclosures and mailings, as may be requested by the Funds or required by applicable Federal law.
