Protecting Children. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children and we do not knowingly market to children online. We recognize that protecting children’s identities and online privacy is important and that responsibility rests with us and with parents.
Protecting Children. In the Collaborative Process, we are working toward a loving and involved relationship with both parents. Therefore, we shall make every reasonable effort to reach amicable solutions that promote the best interests of our children and consider the rights and responsibilities of both of us. We agree to avoid making economic threats or taking positions regarding parenting as strategies in negotiation.
Protecting Children. (a) You, each Nominee, and any other person engaged by You to perform the Services must comply with the Child Protection Policy and sign the Child Protection Code of Conduct. You must arrange for any Nominee to sign and return the signed copy of the Child Protection Code of Conduct to Us.
(b) You must not commence provision of the Services until We have received each signed Child Protection Code of Conduct.
(c) You must immediately notify Us if any person directly or indirectly engaged by You as an employee, volunteer, contractor or in any other way in connection with any the Services is accused of, charged with, arrested for or convicted of a criminal offence relating to child exploitation or abuse.
(d) A notification to Us under this clause must be given by telephone initially, with a written report immediately thereafter to Our contact person or other person We nominate to You.
(e) At Our discretion, We may review and audit Your compliance with Our Child Protection Policy and You must participate cooperatively in any review or audit. If this clause is breached, this agreement may be terminated by Us immediately upon written notice to You.
