Protecting Goodwill. As further consideration for the opportunity to sublease the Center and conduct the practice of medicine from the Center and for the use of such trade names and marks, Physician Group agrees it will take all necessary steps to preserve and protect the reputation and goodwill associated with the Center and said names and marks including, without limitation, the following:
