This information may be released to employees of MSH Assistance and the insurer for claims analysis and to better serve you. You must notify Goose Insurance Services immediately if you wish to cancel your coverage and written confirmation must be received within 10 days of receipt. A full refund of the premium paid will be made provided that a written request is received by Goose Insurance Services prior to the effective date of coverage. Your policy is not refundable once it is in effect. For policies covering multiple family members under one policy number, refunds will only be considered if all insured persons under that policy number are eligible for a refund and the refund is requested for insured persons covered by that policy.
