Protection for Amounts Due to Trustee. If any fees, expenses or costs incurred by, or any obligations owed to, the Trustee under this Agreement are not promptly paid when due, the Trustee may reimburse itself therefor from the assets of the Trust and may sell, liquidate, convey or otherwise dispose of any assets (including Gold) for such purpose. The Trustee may in its sole discretion withhold from any distribution an amount (in kind or in cash, as the case may be) that it believes would, upon sale or liquidation, produce proceeds equal to any unpaid amounts to which the Trustee is entitled to hereunder.
