PROTECTION FROM PERSONAL LIABILITY. Section 132 of the CALM Act says that a person does not incur liability if they do something in good faith while performing functions under the CALM Act. This means that parties to the JMA and members of the JMB are protected from being personally liable in relation to the management of the Mayala Conservation Estate. Members of the Joint Management Body are protected from personal liability in accordance with section 132 of the CALM Act.
