Protection of Company’s Confidential Information and Intellectual Property. While working at the Company, I will develop and/or have access to the Company’s Confidential Information and/or Intellectual Property, as defined in Paragraph 2. I acknowledge that Confidential Information and Intellectual Property is the exclusive property of the Company, its business partners, licensors, vendors, clients and/or third parties, and I agree to waive and not to assert any claim to it.
