Protection of Contractor's Proprietary Data. (a) Any Proprietary Data of Contractor disclosed to Owner shall be marked “Proprietary” [**]. If Owner receives information which it recognizes as being Proprietary Data, but which has not been marked as such, it shall promptly notify Contractor and xxxx the information as Proprietary Data.
