Protection of Holders' Rights. Servicer shall take no action which, nor omit to take any action the omission of which, would materially impair the rights of Holders in any Receivable or Account, nor shall it, except in the ordinary course of its business and in accordance with the Credit Card Guidelines, reschedule, revise or defer Collections due on the Receivables.
