Common use of Protection of Ideas Clause in Contracts

Protection of Ideas. Both during the Employment Term and thereafter, the Executive shall assist the Company or its nominees, at any time, in the protection of the Company's worldwide right, title, and interest in and to information, ideas, concepts, improvements, discoveries, and inventions, and its copyrighted works with respect to such items that were within his direct or indirect control, by assisting in any reasonable requests to cooperate in litigation and by the execution of all formal assignment documents reasonably requested by Company or its nominees and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications reasonably requested for patents and registration of copyright in Bermuda, the United States and other countries.
