Protection of Indenture Trustee. Upon receipt of a Request of the Shipowner that the Indenture Trustee execute any Supplemental Indenture and upon receipt of any Act of Obligees required pursuant to Section 10.04 and the consent of the Secretary required pursuant to Section 10.05, the Indenture Trustee shall enter into such Supplemental Indenture; provided that, the Indenture Trustee shall not be obligated to enter into any Supplemental Indenture which the Indenture Trustee believes adversely affects the Indenture Trustee's own rights, duties or immunities under this Indenture.
