PROTECTION OF PROPERTY AND CLEANUP. 1) The Owner shall protect or cause to be protected the Town’s Work and the Town’s property and property adjacent to the site of the Town’s Work from damage and shall be responsible for damage which may arise as the result from constructing or causing to be constructed, the Town’s Work.
