Common use of Protection of Property and Liability Clause in Contracts

Protection of Property and Liability. The Supplier shall take care not to damage the premises or the property of others, and in case such damage occurs as the result of operations under this contract, Supplier shall make appropriate restitution. If the Supplier fails to pay for damage, the amount of such damage may be deducted from any remaining balance due to the Supplier or may be processed as a breach of contract to the full extent the law allows.
