Protection of Property. Consultant is responsible for protecting its person and property at all times, including but not limited to supplies and equipment to perform services hereunder; Consultant releases and agrees to hold the City harmless from liability for losses or damages or any kind sustained by Consultant in performing the services required hereunder.
