Protection of Proprietary Assets. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause all current and former employees, consultants and independent contractors that are or were involved in the creation, invention, research or development of the Company Proprietary Assets, to execute and deliver to the Company an agreement that is substantially identical to the form of the Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, Consultant Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement or Advisory Board Agreement, as applicable.
