Protection of Secrecy. Recipient agrees to take all steps reasonably necessary to protect the secrecy of the Confidential Information, and to prevent the Confidential Information from falling into the public domain or into the possession of unauthorized persons.

Protection of Secrecy. The receiving Party agrees to take all steps reasonably necessary to protect the secrecy of the Confidential Information received from the disclosing Party, and to prevent the Confidential Information from falling into the public domain or into the possession of unauthorized persons.
Protection of Secrecy. The “Parties” agree to take all commercially reasonable precautions to protect the secrecy of any “Confidential Information”. Such precautions include, but are not limited to, (i) all precautions a “Recipient” takes to protect its own “Confidential Information”, (ii) reasonable steps to prevent disclosure of any “Confidential Information” to any person other than “Authorized Representatives” of a “Party” which have a “need to knowsuch information to achieve the “Authorized Purpose” of this Agreement, and (iii) reasonable steps to prevent any “Confidential Information” from falling into the public domain or into the possession of unauthorized persons.

The Recipient shall promptly advise the Owner if it has knowledge of any unauthorized use or disclosure of any Confidential Information.
