Common use of Protection of Security Interest in Collateral Clause in Contracts

Protection of Security Interest in Collateral. Subject only to the Permitted Liens, Borrower shall maintain the lien created by the Security Agreement as a first continuing lien upon the Collateral encumbered thereby, and take such actions and execute and deliver to Bank such instruments and documents as Bank may reasonably require from time to time at Borrower’s expense in connection therewith, including without limitation any supplemental security agreements, financing statements, continuation statements or other instruments and documents extending or perfecting the security interest of Bank in and to the Collateral as it may exist from time to time.
