Common use of Protection of Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

Protection of Security Trustee. The benefits conferred on the Agent pursuant to this Article 12 regarding rights to indemnification and the exercise of its rights, powers, authorizations, discretions, duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Document and also pursuant to Article 14 shall also be conferred, where appropriate, on the Security Trustee in relation to this Agreement and the Security Documents and references to Agent in this Article 12 and Article 14 shall be read and construed as references to the Agent and/or the Security Trustee accordingly. ARTICLE 13

Protection of Security Trustee. The benefits conferred on the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Article 12 IX regarding rights to indemnification and the exercise of its rights, powers, authorizations, discretions, duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Document and also pursuant to Article 14 shall also be conferred, where appropriate, on the Security Trustee in relation to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which the Security Documents Trustee is a party, and references to the Administrative Agent in this Article 12 and Article 14 IX shall be read and construed as references to the Administrative Agent and/or the Security Trustee accordingly. ARTICLE 13.

The benefits conferred on the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Article 12 Section 14 regarding rights to indemnification and the exercise of its rights, powers, authorizations, discretions, duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Document and also pursuant to Article 14 Section 15 shall also be conferred, where appropriate, on the Security Trustee in relation to this Agreement and the Security Documents and references to Administrative Agent in this Article 12 Section 14 and Article 14 Section 15 shall be read and construed as references to the Administrative Agent and/or the Security Trustee accordingly. ARTICLE 13.

The benefits conferred on the Agent pursuant to this Article 12 14 regarding rights to indemnification and the exercise of its rights, powers, authorizations, discretions, duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement and any other Loan Document and also pursuant to Article 14 shall also be conferred, where appropriate, on the Security Trustee in relation to this Agreement and the Foreign Security Documents and references to the Agent in this Article 12 and Article 14 shall be read and construed as references to the Agent and/or the Security Trustee accordingly.
