Common use of Protection of Subtenant Clause in Contracts

Protection of Subtenant. Landlord covenants that notwithstanding any default under or termination of this Lease or of Tenant’s possessory rights, Landlord: (i) so long as a subtenant within the Premises complies with the terms and conditions of its sublease, shall not disturb the peaceful possession of the subtenant under its sublease, and in the event of a default by a subtenant, Landlord may only disturb the possession or other rights of the subtenant as provided in the tenant's sublease, (ii) shall recognize the continued existence of the sublease,
