Protection of the Buyer’s Interests in the Purchased Loans. The Seller will promptly at its expense, execute and deliver such instruments and documents and take such other actions as the Agent may reasonably request from time to time in order to perfect, protect, evidence, exercise and enforce the Agent’s and the Buyer’s rights and remedies under and with respect to the Repurchase Documents, the Transactions, the Purchased Loans). The Seller shall, promptly upon the Agent’s request, deliver documentation in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
