Common use of Protection of Title; Filings Clause in Contracts

Protection of Title; Filings. GMAC shall authorize and execute, as applicable, and file such financing statements and cause to be authorized and executed, as applicable, and filed such continuation and other statements, all in such manner and in such places as may be required by law fully to preserve, maintain and protect the interest of CARI under this Agreement in the Receivables and the other Pxxxxased Property and in the proceeds thereof. GMAC shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) to CARI file-stamped copies of, or filing receipts for, any document xxxxd as provided above, as soon as available following such filing GMAC hereby authorizes CARI and its assigns to file all such financing statements and to fixx xuch financing statements without its signature.
