Protection of Trade Secrets and Confidential Business Data. 6.1 In the performance of his duties, EXECUTIVE may become aware of, either directly or indirectly, information of the following types regarding or belonging to MWS which constitutes trade secrets or confidential business data: (a) Patterns, programs, devices, methods, techniques or processes. (b) Products, components. (c) Merchandising aids, marketing and strategic planning information. (d) Pricing and price structure, customers, potential customers.
