Protection of Trade Secrets and Nonsolicitation. Executive acknowledges that (a) Executive has become familiar with and (b) in the course of Executive’s employment with the Employer and its Subsidiaries, Executive will become familiar with the Trade Secrets of the Business and the LoanDepot Group and that Executive’s services will be of special, unique and extraordinary value to the Employer and that the Employer would be irreparably damaged if he were to breach his obligations under Section 7.1. Therefore, both Parties agree that, without limiting any other obligation pursuant to this Agreement:
