Protection of Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall not incur any liability or responsibility whatsoever or in any way be responsible for the consequence of any breach on the part of the Issuer of any of the covenants contained in this Indenture or in any Securities or of any acts of the agents or employees of the Issuer.
