Common use of Protective Covenants and Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Protective Covenants and Restrictions. Acknowledging delivery of Confidential Information and that such Confidential Information is vital to Employee’s continued performance of services to the Company and acknowledging that the Company is delivering and will deliver the Confidential Information partly in reliance on the protective covenants and restrictions set forth herein, Employee agrees that the following protective covenants are reasonable and necessary for the protection of the Company’s legitimate business interests, do not create any undue hardship on Employee, and are not contrary to the public interest:
