(the “Owners”) as owners and EVEREST INC. (the “Bareboat Charterers”) as bareboat charterers (as may be amended and supplemented from time to time, the “Bareboat Charter”) in respect of one (1) 210,000 DWT bulk carrier named “[ ]” and registered under the laws and flag of The Republic of Liberia with IMO number [ ] (the “Vessel”), the Vessel is delivered for charter by the Owners to the Bareboat Charterers, and accepted by the Bareboat Charterers from the Owners at hours (Beijing time) on the date hereof in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bareboat Charter.
