Prototype Payment Range. In consideration for PNL’s development and construction of the Prototype, Rayton shall pay to PNL between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, or such higher payment as may result from any Change Orders requested by Rayton, with such increase to the upper end of the range calculated on a time and materials basis (the “Prototype Payment Range”).
