Provide Assistance. Property Manager shall fully cooperate with an Owner in the event that Owner shall decide to assign, sell, mortgage, finance, hypothecate or otherwise transfer part or all of its interest in the Owner’s Property (including, without limitation, the furnishing of certified rent rolls and other data, the preparation and obtaining of estoppel certificates, subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreements, tenant notifications and similar activities).

  • Reasonable Assistance Upon the written request of any Participating Authority, the Supplier shall provide such Participating Authority with any reasonable and proportionate information that it holds about the Services it supplies under this Framework Agreement including, without limitation, alongside other related services, to enable the Participating Authority to complete any necessary due diligence before purchasing such Services, or any connected or replacement Services.
