Roadside Assistance All AWESOME CAMPERS Vehicles have RACQ Membership, giving you the peace of mind of roadside assistance. Please note that hirers will be liable for fees in the event of human error – for example: • Locked keys in the vehicle • Flat Battery • Tyre Change/s • Non-Mechanical Issues • Use outside of contracted area of use, or damage caused by negligence Any problems associated with the Vehicle, including equipment failure, must be reported to AWESOME CAMPERS within 24 hours in order to give AWESOME CAMPERS the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental. Failure to do so may compromise any claims for compensation. AWESOME CAMPERS reserves the right not to accept liability for any claims submitted after this period. Reasonable Assistance Upon the written request of any Participating Authority, the Supplier shall provide such Participating Authority with any reasonable and proportionate information that it holds about the Services it supplies under this Framework Agreement including, without limitation, alongside other related services, to enable the Participating Authority to complete any necessary due diligence before purchasing such Services, or any connected or replacement Services.
Other Assistance Assist SBEs in their efforts to obtain bonds, lines of credit and insurance. (Note that the Agency has a Surety Bond Program that may assist SBEs in obtaining necessary bonding.) The Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor(s) shall require no more stringent bond or insurance standards of SBEs than required of other business enterprises.
Employee Assistance Drug and alcohol counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance are available from or through the Employer’s employee assistance program provider(s) (E.A.P.).
