Authorized Users Authorized Users" are:
Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.
Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:
Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.
Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.
Contact with Customers and Suppliers Until the Closing Date, the Buyer shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates and direct its other Representatives not to, contact or communicate with the employees, customers, suppliers, distributors or licensors of the Acquired Entities, or any other Persons having a business relationship with the Acquired Entities, concerning the transactions contemplated hereby or any of the foregoing relationships without the prior written consent of the Seller.
Agreement to Provide Information Intermediary agrees to provide the Fund, upon written request, the taxpayer identification number (“TIN”), the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (“ITIN”), or other government-issued identifier (“GII”), if known, of any or all Shareholder(s) of the account and the amount, date, name or other identifier of any investment professional(s) associated with the Shareholder(s) or account (if known), and transaction type (purchase, redemption, transfer, or exchange) of every purchase, redemption, transfer, or exchange of Shares held through each account maintained by the Intermediary during the period covered by the request.
Customer Cooperation 3.2.1. Customer shall provide and make available all Customer personnel as may be further addressed in an applicable Order Form or that SAP reasonably requires in connection with performance of the Services. 3.2.2. Customer shall appoint a contact person with the authority to make decisions and to supply SAP with any necessary or relevant information expeditiously.
Customers and Vendors In furtherance of and not in limitation of Section 6, Executive acknowledges that the lists of the Company’s and its Affiliates’ customers and vendors as they may exist from time to time constitute a valuable and unique asset of the Company, and Executive shall not, during or after the term of Executive’s employment, disclose such lists or any part thereof to any person or entity for any reason whatsoever, nor shall Executive use such customer or vendor lists for Executive’s own benefit or purposes or for the benefit or purposes of any business with whom Executive may become associated.
