Common use of Provide Conservation Land Clause in Contracts

Provide Conservation Land. a. Purchase a selected tract of land and convey its interest in the land to a governmental entity or a non-profit conservation organization. b. If the tract that is currently being considered cannot be obtained at an acceptable cost to DPNA, then a replacement tract(s) of similar conservation value that can be obtained at an acceptable cost to DPNA will be pursued.
