Common use of Provide General Liability Clause in Contracts

Provide General Liability. Insurance with limits of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) CGL insurance shall be written on Insurance Services Office (ISO) occurrence form CG 00 01 10 93, or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage, and shall cover liability arising from premises, operations, independent contractors, products-completed operations, personal injury and advertising injury, liability assumed under an insured contract (including the tort liability of another assumed in a business contract), and shall not be endorsed to exclude claims arising from athletic participation.
