Provide Restrictions. Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate, in writing and in a reasonable time and manner, of any restrictions to the use or disclosure of Protected Health Information changing Business Associate's obligations that Covered Entity has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. 164.522.
