Provide task order proposals. The contractor shall provide task order proposals within five business days following receipt of a Task Order Request (TOR) or as specified by the OCO. If more time is required, the contractor shall negotiate with the OCO a date to provide the proposal. Task order proposals shall be provided in a mutually acceptable format and delivery method.
