Provide Technical Support. Provide a technical support telephone number to OEM's personnel for Product installation, trouble shooting, and Product applications advice. After normal business hours (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM-Mountain Standard/Daylight Time, Monday through Friday) this telephone number will provide the option of paging an appropriate CAC customer service representative for emergency situations.
Provide Technical Support. NTESS plans to provide technical support to the CEC. This support is to serve as a metric to evaluate ES projects, applications and technologies. NTESS intends to analyze operational data procured by CEC as part of the EPIC program. As time and funding permits, NTESS may review and/or attend project status meetings in Sacramento or at a location mutually agreed upon between the Parties.
Provide Technical Support. As requested, LACMTA will provide technical support to Construction Authority throughout the Design and Construction period of the Project. The support may take many forms. For example, LACMTA will work with Construction Authority to review and, where required by the Property Trust Agreement or the California Public Utilities Commission, approve applications prior to submission of applications to the California Public Utilities Commission. LACMTA will assist Construction Authority with obtaining permits where LACMTA is the only Party with standing to obtain such licenses or permits. In addition, Construction Authority and LACMTA may mutually agree that LACMTA will perform the Design and/or Construction of one or more specific portions of the Project. Under such circumstances, Construction Authority shall develop the specific Scope of Work and authorize LACMTA to perform the activities according to the specified cost and schedule, as mutually agreed. LACMTA’s schedule for completion, coordination requirements, review procedures, and related provisions all shall be included as attachments to the work authorization, which shall also include the estimated cost of completing the Design and/or Construction of the specific portion of the Project. LACMTA is under no obligation to proceed with any Work until LACMTA has received a Construction Authority approved Work Authorization.

As more fully set forth in Exhibit E, provide technical specifications and other information required to support HS's securing of registrations, permits, licenses, approvals and other governmental actions required to handle, market, sell, demonstrate, use or distribute Products in the Markets; and
