Provide Timely Notifications Sample Clauses
The 'Provide Timely Notifications' clause requires parties to promptly inform each other of relevant events, changes, or issues as specified in the agreement. Typically, this means that if a party becomes aware of something that could affect the contract—such as delays, breaches, or other significant developments—they must notify the other party within a set timeframe, often in writing. This clause ensures that all parties remain informed and can respond appropriately, thereby reducing misunderstandings and allowing for swift resolution of potential problems.
